ABOUT OUR SYSTEMS

These Systems are complete packages, set up at the factory ready to receive your torches and to be connected to your power, coolant and gas sources.  All necessary hoses, fittings and torch power cable adaptors are included for your convenience and quick installation.  Make connections, leak test and then enjoy one second torch changes from that point on.  These systems can be installed in about an hour.

SAFETY

Versa-TIG™ Systems safely isolate secondary current, coolant and gas to a single torch.  No high frequency loss through unused torches.  No more hazardous coolant spills.  Eliminates electrical shock and electrocution hazards associated with multiple live torches.  Having a choice of torches readily accessible encourages proper torch amperage adherence for each task.  Reduces incidents of melted torch cables and torches due to using higher amperages than the "only torch you have" can handle.  Maximum torch amperage is identified above each torch at the time of installation for the permanent and continuous reference of all operators.

APPLICATIONS

A single power source can be used to serve a combination of setups including manual torches, fixtured torches, wire feed tig torches, seam welders, lathe welders, welding chambers, tig spot torches and other multiple torch and process configurations.  Practical where torch configuration, torch size, material type, material thickness or joint geometries change from task to task.  Allows rapid torch selection for each and every situation.
